Postdoctoral Scholar
Shuyi Li received his PhD from Rice University in 2022. His research interests include utilizing various analytical and numerical tools to understand strongly correlated systems, quantum magnetism, and non-hermitian dynamics.

Graduate Students
Regan Bhatta is a third-year graduate student. His research interest involves utilizing density functional theory and machine learning to investigate the electronic structures of diverse systems.

Undergraduate Students
Marcus Mattus is a third-year Physics and Astrophysics undergraduate student with the goal of acquiring a PhD in Physics. His current area of interest is atomistic spin dynamics and Skyrmions. In his free-time he is a foilist for the UF Fencing Club and he likes to go hiking when the weather is good.

Hubert Pugzlys I am a freshman studying Physics at UF. My research interest are in condensed matter physics, specifically learning more about spintronics. Outside of research, I enjoy playing the piano and trying new foods.
Shreyas Varude I am currently a third-year undergraduate student pursuing a triple major in physics, math, and astrophysics. I seeks to study astrophysics in graduate school, and some of my interests outside of academics involve cycling and stargazing.
